In accordance with PIMEC’s bylaws, the first Management Board meeting after the elections of the employers’ organisation was held yesterday evening. These elections voted unanimously in favour of the composition of the new Government bodies of the remaining entities, proposed by the president, Josep González i Sala.

Among the changes within the PIMEC Executive Committee, the following is worth highlighting:

• Half of the Executive Committee has been renewed 
• The new PIMEC 2020 committee has been created, with Daniel Furlan appointed as president. The presidency of the Economic-fiscal Committee has been renewed, with Joan M. Gimeno Bou. 
• The presidency of the PIMEC Agroalimentaria sector has been renewed, which as on now will be lead by David Coll.
