By means of Royal Decree-Law 13/2010, of 3 December, a series of urgent measures and actions have been approved regarding tax, labour and liberalisation aspects, in order to promote investment and job creation.
In this circular we provide a detailed explanation of the tax and commercial measures contained in the aforementioned regulation.
