Throughout everyone’s career, situations or issues arise that have to be faced with dedication and pride, and to be president of PIMEC Catalunya Central is a major challenge, which I have readily accepted to represent the business network of the territory.

Together with an Executive Committee, we want to be an active part of meeting the firm commitment of PIMEC in defending and representing the interests and values of the self-employed, SMEs and associations before different administration agencies. We are aware of the competitive environment surrounding us and believe that we must reflect and work towards finding a strategy of growth, consolidation and viability for SMEs, undoubtedly within a framework of dialogue and knowledge of the real needs of businesses in the territory.
 
To achieve this, we invite you to become part of our employers’ association, and to build with dynamism and enthusiasm a major network, as you are very much aware of current concerns, and only by working together can we adapt to the new economic challenge facing us through entrepreneurship and innovation, for the future of our companies.

In light of the structural changes we are now faced with, PIMEC must reinforce its understanding of the problems of the entrepreneurial collective, and we must intensify the support we give to these enterprises.

Our aim is to continue working to achieve economic development and structural growth of the enterprises within our region.

We want to be the voice of entrepreneurs in the talks held with other civic and government bodies, etc.

This is why our main objective is to confront these needs and problems which affect the entire corporate network.

We hope to enjoy the participation of all our members and all other enterprises that, despite not being members, wish to participate and contribute their ideas, to achieve improvements in infrastructures, roads and industrial areas. In short, all useful acts which encourage economic and social development in Central Catalonia.
